They were all so friendly, genuine and lovely to deal with. I prefer supporting family businesses, and it was really nice dealing with such great people. Would definitely recommend 🙂

We recently had Mitch from Koala Plumbing install a new hot water system at our house and couldn’t be happier with the service. Mitch was extremely professional from start to finish, fit us in very quickly, and completed the installation to a very high standard. Highly recommend Mitch and the team at Koala Plumbing. We’ll definitely be using them again for any future plumbing work

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend Mitch from Koala Plumbing highly enough. He went above and beyond to make sure I had my hot water back on before night-time, which I really appreciated. He was professional, reliable, friendly, and explained everything clearly. It's hard to find tradies who genuinely care about their customers, and Mitch definitely does. Thanks again for the outstanding service—I wouldn't hesitate to use Koala Plumbing again or recommend them to others.
